Terms & Conditions of Use

Welcome to Loanranger. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Loanranger Technologies, Inc. ("Loanranger," "we," or "us"). By accessing or using the Loanranger platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

Loanranger is exclusively intended for licensed loan officers and mortgage professionals operating in the United States. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are a licensed mortgage professional or authorized representative.
  • You are at least 18 years of age.
  • All information you provide is accurate and up to date.

2. Description of Services

Loanranger provides lead intelligence services by importing your professional network via third-party integrations and enriching those contacts with publicly available and legally licensed data. The Platform surfaces relationship-based loan opportunities and suggestive insights based on this enrichment.

3. Data Usage and Storage

You authorize Loanranger to automatically ingest and store your professional network data and enrichment data for use within your Platform dashboard. Data is stored in accordance with applicable U.S. privacy regulations and for as long as necessary to deliver the service, improve results, or comply with legal obligations.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • No personally identifiable consumer financial information (e.g., SSNs, credit scores) is collected.
  • You are responsible for all usage of the Platform under your credentials.

4. Third-Party Services

The Platform integrates with licensed third-party data providers. You agree that:

  • Your use of these services via Loanranger is subject to their respective terms and data sourcing limitations.
  • Loanranger is not liable for the accuracy, legality, or use of third-party data sources.
  • Address suggestions are provided by Google Maps. By using them you agree to be bound by the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and acknowledge the Google Privacy Policy.

5. Payments

Access to Loanranger may be subject to fees, handled manually or via separate processor agreements. You agree to pay all applicable charges, if any, as communicated in writing.

6. Credits and Usage

Credits

Credits are the Platform's unit for unlocking information. 100 credits unlock one person's contact information, or one relative in a family tree, however many requests to our data providers that unlock requires. Your subscription includes 5,000 credits each billing month. Included credits expire on your billing date and do not roll over. Credits you purchase never expire and are spent only after your included credits are used.

Included Monthly Usage

Each billing month, your subscription includes weekly rescans of up to 1,000 new people, 100 new contacts, 1,500 past clients and 25 people added by hand. These allowances are shared with any partners you invite, and people your partners add count against them. The one-time setup fee builds each part of your network up to its setup limit once; anything beyond that limit is processed under these monthly allowances.

Purchased Usage

When a monthly allowance is used up, the remaining people wait and are processed from your upcoming billing months' allowances, ahead of people added later, at no additional charge. You may instead buy purchased usage to process them now: you choose how many people, pay once, and they are normally processed within 24 hours. Purchased usage is a one-time purchase. It does not change your subscription or its monthly fee.

Pricing and Rounding

Per-person prices for purchased usage are stated to four decimal places. The amount of an order is each exact per-person price multiplied by the number of people, added up across the order, and rounded once, to the nearest cent with half a cent rounding up, when the order is charged, never per person.

No Guarantee of Results

Credits and purchased usage buy the search. We find and track what exists - we can't create a loan where there isn't one, and data costs are never refunded. Credits and purchased usage pay for the search itself, not for its result. Loanranger does not guarantee that any search will find contact information, a property record, a mortgage, or a loan opportunity, and credits or purchased usage spent on a search that finds nothing are not refunded or returned.

Cancellation and Reactivation

If your subscription is cancelled, credits you purchased are frozen rather than forfeited: they cannot be used while your account is inactive, and they are restored if you reactivate. Included credits still expire on your billing date.

7. Downtime Adjustments

If the Platform is unavailable for a continuous period of more than twenty-four (24) hours due to Loanranger's systems (excluding scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, or issues caused by third-party providers), affected Users shall be entitled to a downtime adjustment. The downtime adjustment will equal a pro-rata portion of the User's monthly subscription fee, calculated on a daily basis (i.e., monthly fee ÷ 30 × number of days of downtime). The adjustment will be applied to the next monthly invoice. Downtime adjustments are the User's sole and exclusive remedy for any downtime.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, design elements, and software associated with the Platform are the exclusive property of Loanranger Technologies, Inc. You may not reproduce, distribute, or reverse engineer any portion of the Platform.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform and its outputs (including AI-generated insights) are provided "as is" and for informational purposes only. Loanranger does not guarantee any specific business outcomes or lead conversion results.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Loanranger shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at our sole discretion for any violation of these Terms, misuse, or unlawful behavior.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to Terms

Loanranger may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Platform and are effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use constitutes acceptance.
